Eastman, Georgia is located in the very heart of Georgia and is the seat of beautiful Dodge County.
Eastman was founded in 1871 as the seat of the newly formed Dodge County. It was incorporated as a town in 1873 and as a city in 1905. Eastman is named for W. P. Eastman, who, with W. E. Dodge, presented the county with a courthouse.

Over the years Eastman has grown to a population of just around 5,500 residents who enjoy our incredibly low cost of living, relatively short drives to the coast as well as Atlanta, access to great schools, and a climate which provides some of the most beautiful days you might ever see year round.
Eastman is home to Middle Georgia State University (the Eastman Aviation branch) as well as multiple manufacturing operations.
